Lyman Orchards’ growing bakery operation moves to New Haven
Lyman Orchards, known for its fruit pies, donuts and other baked treats, has moved its baking operations to New Haven. The Middlefield-based business needed room to grow its wholesale bakery business, according to Gary Jalbert, president and CEO.

Quantum-Si inks lease for Elm City headquarters at Winchester Works
Quantum-Si will begin relocating to the new headquarters in the first half of 2022. Last June, the company also announced it had leased a new product development and operations facility in San Diego, which opened this past fall.
Quantum-Si CEO John Stark said “Having a presence in these vibrant life sciences hubs will enable Quantum-Si to recruit high-caliber talent as we continue to scale up operations ahead of our planned platform commercial launch in 2022,” Stark said.
